About Us
R.D. Vincent (Pty) Ltd trading as Vincent Industrial Supplies is a South African registered Company offering a wide range of products to the Mines and Industry in the Witbank Coalfields and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves in offering affordable and customised solutions to meet the supply/servicing and business needs of our clients.
The Company was originally registered in 1975 as a supplier of Drawing Office Supplies and Equipment (Ozalid Agent).
Some of the current Directors purchased the Company in 1979 and immediately embarked on expanding the range of products and services provided by the Company (as set out more fully below).
The directors have been involved in the industrial sales/service business sector for a total period of 98 years and individually for an average of 33 years.
The Company supports and complies with the empowerment of previously disadvantaged individuals and communities. The directors of the Company are its major shareholders with Black interests being 51%. We are registered as BBBEE Suppliers by all major groups. Latest BBBEE Rating: Level Two Contributor by virtue of ownership at 51%. The Company operates from Witbank, Emalahleni, Mpumalanga.
The Company performs its day-to-day financial accounting internally and employs the Witbank firm of Burger & Buurman Auditors as its Accounting Officer.

Vincent Industrial Supplies is a registered vendor at all the major Mines and Industrial concerns in Witbank and surrounding areas and has been so for the past 43 years.

Since February 2021 the premises also includes a manufacturing facility for the production of Leather articles (Miner's Belts, Toolbags, Underground Document Bags and various accessories) used in the Mining Industry
Financial Standing
The Company has been operating under many of the same management team for a period of 33-plus years and the same team for the last nineteen years. There is no external financial interest in the Company and we are accordingly completely independent and in the enviable position of being able to take decisions and make recommendations in the best interests of our customers to their ultimate benefit.
